iPad vs. Air. Galaxy Tab 10.1 Pro: Samsung quips against Apple - m-magazin.net

With a new ad tries Apple’s rival Samsung, the advantages of its Galaxy Tab 10.1 against Apple’s iPad Pro Air display. In allusion to Apple’s iPad commercials, Samsung also starts the clip with a pencil, to then determine how thin the iPad, and how thin even the new Samsung tablet is. A comparison that is lagging not only in this respect.

“Wait a minute, what is behind this pencil? Ah, an iPad Air! And what is that which is hidden behind the iPad? Ahhh … the even thinner Galaxy Tab 10.1 Pro! “What Samsung does not mention, however, is the exact size difference. While the iPad (mStore link) 7.5 millimeters at its thickest point measures, it creates the Samsung tablet to 7.3 millimeters.

The next detail with which the Galaxy Tab will be the iPad to consider is the display resolution. Here Samsung creates 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, the iPad “only” 2,048 x 1,536. Substituting the resolution in relation to display size expressed in pixels per inch, Samsung and Apple come to respectively 299 ppi and 264 ppi. One difference? Definitely. However, a significant difference? Probably not.

The end of the video is Samsung with illumination of the multitasking capabilities of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 Pro. “Two things to do at the same time is better than one thing at the same time make” logical. What Samsung fails to mention, however, the facts are as the availability of tablet apps in the App Store, or even the range of accessory items. Why also, with the argument that to be able to offer a thinner 0.2 mm tablet, a tablet buyer should the choice be relatively easy …
