The Galaxy Tab Wifi 3 Lite features a 7 inch display with a resolution of 1,024 by 600 pixels. This corresponds to around 170 ppi. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 1 GB of RAM available to the side. The internal memory is 8 GB in size and can be expanded using a microSD card up to 32 GB.
