After the bending problem with the iPhone 6 Plus we also eagerly sought the Galaxy Note 4 for errors and found one. As was known, it is not in the large gaps but to a production error, but this was intentional.
Some buyers of already available in Asia Rating 4 Posts were then photos in which they Business between the display and metal frame of the device showed. What was seen as a processing error, apparently seems to be installed intentionally. The now emerged manual of the qHD smartphone raises the issue of “ gap at the edge of the case” directly. It says:
A small gap Appears around the outside of the device case

In the small gap it should be, according to Samsung, be a necessary manufacturing “feature”. The size of the gap size may even increase slightly by frictional forces between the parts, tells you. Also, if the gap is so wanted, so you can easily collect there dust grains, which (as I noted already in Note 3) does not look nice.
If you look at official press photos from Grade 4, so appears to be at least on the upper edge there is a narrow gap in each case to be visible. Apparently the size of the gap varying extents and not affect all users equally. About the purpose of the “features” you however not clear on here helps only wait.
