internet technical data on three new Samsung Tablets have emerged that could soon add to the already broad device portfolio of Koreans. Android Community reported a 10.1 – and an 8-inch version of the “Galaxy Tab 3″ and a significant 10.1-inch tablet. All support according to the speculations 3G or 4G connections.
The Galaxy Tab 3-models to succeed the featured Galaxy Tab 2 in February 2012, reportedly come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a 1280 by 800 pixels and a 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU. Also, on board are a rear 3-megapixel camera, a 1.3 megapixel webcam in the front and a MicroSD card slot.
The 10.1-inch model is about 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory available. The 8-inch version offers the leaked information indicates that 2 GB of RAM. The size of the internal memory is not known, but should be at the level of the 10.1-inch device.
