How Microsoft shows in this video, can create multiple user accounts on the Surface RT. In addition, the usage behavior of children
can be monitored. On the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 3 this is not possible, however. There is only one account that allows full access to all data. The use of other behavior can also not be monitored.
