Samsung has presented at its Thai website the successor of the previous Galaxy Mega smartphones. The Galaxy Mega 2 has a 6-inch screen, supports LTE and costs the same as its predecessor less than top of the range Galaxy Note 3 and 4, According to Phone Arena, the smartphone is expected to cost the equivalent of $ 400, so the 310 Euro.

According to the official product page, the Galaxy Mega 2 supports both quad-band GSM and UMTS and LTE. Wireless dominates the smartphone 802.11a / b / g / n on the frequencies 2.4 and 5 GHz. Bluetooth runs in version 4.0, a GPS receiver and an NFC chip installed. On the back of a camera with 8 megapixels and an LED photo light is installed. No pen input
As with the previous Galaxy Mega 5.8 and 6.3, the new Galaxy Mega 2 no pen support. The S Pen stylus is called the Note-models reserved.
